Every puppy we raise is part of our family from day one. They are born in a clean, loving environment where they receive round-the-clock care, early socialization, and gentle handling. We follow a strict schedule of veterinary checkups starting shortly after birth. Each puppy is examined thoroughly by our licensed veterinarian, receives age-appropriate vaccinations, is dewormed on a routine basis, and is monitored closely for any signs of health issues. We never rush the process – our puppies are only released to their forever homes when we are confident they are strong, healthy, and emotionally ready.

We provide a written health guarantee with every puppy. This guarantee assures that your puppy is free from any life-threatening genetic or congenital conditions at the time of purchase. While no breeder can promise a lifetime of perfect health – just as no doctor can – we stand behind the quality of our puppies and the standards of our breeding practices. Should a verified genetic condition arise within the period outlined in our health guarantee, we will work with you in good faith to offer a fair and compassionate resolution, whether that means a replacement puppy or another mutually agreed-upon option.

In addition to the health guarantee, we also provide you with your puppy’s full medical record, which includes vaccination details, deworming history, and your veterinarian’s exam report. We encourage you to take your new puppy to your own vet within 72 hours of arrival to ensure everything is in order and to begin building that important lifelong relationship with your local animal care provider.

For families who live outside our local area, we offer a safe and well-coordinated shipping process. We understand that trusting someone to deliver your puppy across state lines – or even across the country – is a big decision, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We only use licensed and reputable pet ground transport services and puppy flight nannies who specialize in handling young dogs with care and gentleness. Every travel plan is tailored to the needs of the puppy – we never compromise on safety or comfort.

Before your puppy travels, we ensure they are healthy enough to make the journey. A final vet check is performed within 48 hours of departure, and a signed health certificate is issued. If your puppy is flying, we arrange a direct flight with a dedicated flight nanny who travels in-cabin with your puppy and hand-delivers them to you at your nearest major airport. If we’re using ground transport, your puppy will be in a temperature-controlled vehicle with regular stops, food, water, and the kind of care we’d give if we were delivering them ourselves.

We stay in close contact with you throughout the shipping process. You’ll receive updates, photos, and estimated arrival times. We make sure you’re informed, comfortable, and ready to welcome your new family member. Our goal is to make this experience exciting and stress-free – from our home to yours.
